Buying foreclosures is a complete scam right now! They’re still radically overpriced. For the love of god please just compare the home prices in your area with the incomes! These people are all blowing smoke. Foreclosures are “the last scam” of the housing bubble. These guys selling you on foreclosures were the SAME people selling sketchy loans 2 years ago. One scam after another with these fat lazy salesmen.

@CommentCommenter You left a comment on this video 2 years ago and the market is still just as shitty if not worse. I am planning on buying a foreclosure but I want to live their not flip it. That to me makes it a good deal.
